BLOOD TYPE (Optional): SC Units, as with all Cygnarians, don’t bleed. They shed energy which melt most organic materials, this is also meant to repel organically composed beings. 
 
DATE OF BIRTH (Optional): Creation day is not celebrated by the Cygnarian Hierarchy. It was Halloween though.

- CHARACTER'S PHYSICAL APPEARANCE IN HERO FORM-
 
EYE COLOUR: this varies depending on what she’s doing. They are usually silver when in a relaxed setting. They can change color according to mood and mode she currently operating in. 
 
HAIR COLOUR: black with red tips. 
 
HAIR LENGTH (Optional): short and choppy looking. 
 
SKIN COLOUR (Optional): human color and also tans like a human. She appears as a white female

WEIGHT (Optional): looks to weigh about 117 - 123 lbs, actually you’d have to have heavy load gear to move her unconscious form. This is due to the subroutines which allow her to unconsciously adjust her personal gravity due to the weight of the materials she is constructed of. 
 
HEIGHT (Optional): varies on mood but she does keep it to between 5’ 4” - 5’ 5”
 
BIRTHMARKS, TATTOOS, WINGS OR OTHER PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES (Optional): she physically looks like a 15 year old female of humanoid origin. She doesn’t bear scars or other markings due to her regenerative abilities. 
 
COSTUME: black sleeveless dress with a lace bodice that has black rope lacing and the under material is red. At the top of the bodice a red letter strap secures the top in place. It fits her form well and it falls to skirt that glares slightly and then falls to the top of her thighs. Where the red under material shows below the black top skirt. She is wearing sleeves which are tucked into what appear to be leather sleeves and it comes to a collar. At her throat is a pin of a woman with cupped hands. That is the Cygnarian Collective symbol which pins her hooded cloak closed. The most interesting thing about her clothing is that it doesn’t ever allow her be displayed indecently or have indecent pictures taken of her. He tights are black and see through and have the symbol of SC units on the outside of the thigh. That is a map with multiple worlds hovering above it. She has boots that are black with red souls that have several straps on each that appear to secure them. All the clothing Scarlett wears she can change and banish with a thought. She wears a belt around her waist that is slung low on her left hip. It is just for decoration but does have a pouch she tends to store mementos in, these can range from a rock she found interesting to valuable metals or stones which she trades for money. 
 
WEAPONS/ITEMS: they are conduit delivered on an as needed basis. She can be carrying a sword or in extreme cases an oversized weapon that a humanoid her size and age shouldn’t be able to handle. It can be terrifying to see. 

There are several heavy weapons she is designated to use. This being due to the terrain when the Collective needed to employ their scouts and reinforce and add additional programming for usage of heavy weapons platforms. It was all a test and it worked. 

Mountain Cracker: Cygnarian Designation - 23:AF:346735/B, is heavy weapons platform, but  originally designed for mining asteroids. With it being weaponized it’s basically an implosion weapon. It shoots a sheath of energy to insert the ray into the middle of the object. When sheath ceases the secondary ray first expands and then falls in on itself in such a fashion It creates a vacuum and destroys everything within several hundred feet. This all takes place within several milliseconds. A proficient user can destroy a mountain in several seconds and then conduit themselves out with the weapons platform. 

Sigil of Shame: Like all S/C units Scarlett can teleport at will and without error. She summons a hard light weapons satellite, designated: SS:AD:43(34)1298, and teleports around calling for fire on her last position. She teleports around in such a fashion she is carving the medieval Cygnarian Sigil of Shame into the area. It looks like a cursive U with two dots inside the U. 


JEWELRY &/OR ACCESSORIES (Optional): she has one thing you would consider a piece of jewelry or an accessory and that’s the clasp that hold she cloak as it is the Cygnarian Collective symbol. It is made of platinum that is reinforced on the atomic level to take energy weapons fire and not only survive but the weapons fire actually shines it. 
 
 
- CHARACTER'S PHYSICAL APPEARANCE IN HUMAN/NORMAL FORM - you see what appears to be a fifteen year old humanoid female who wears what she likes. 
 
EYE COLOUR: Resting eye color is silver. Changes appropriate to what she feels she needs for the most common eye color in the world she’s on. Example being if she was operating in low light or no light. They would for low light going green or maybe even gold depending on wildlife, also would have infra-vision so they could see heat signatures.  For no light she uses a sonar and lets her eyes go black. Her eyes are part of her targeting package which gives her enhanced vision at distance of 500-709 meters. 
 
HAIR COLOUR: black and she appears to dye the tips red. This is actually a conscious choice and even if you remove the red by cutting it. It will grow back as it is intended in several hours time. 
 
HAIR LENGTH (Optional): shoulder length and choppy looking. 
 
SKIN COLOUR (Optional): she is the regular skin color of what one would term white female. She does tan if in the sun long enough. This color does adjust to blend in if they are reptilian humanoid and so on for further travels. 
 
NATIONALITY (Optional):it changes to match the nationality of the planet she is on. 
 
WEIGHT (Optional): when friends are helping her she weighs almost next to nothing. When incapacitated you need something with a load lifting capacity equal to metric tons squared to the 13th power.

- CHARACTER'S PHYSICAL & MAGICAL POWERS -
 
LIST PHYSICAL ATTACKS AND EFFECTS: with Scarlett having nearly three thousands years experience she has picked up a lot of combat skills. The preprogrammed ones that were present in Cygnarian society at the time of their ascension to non-organic sentient life forms. As she traveled and due to her processing of information she had picked up a multitude of fighting styles and weapon styles. Cygnarians use a form of energy weapon that imparts both energy and physical damage and other people call it hard light. It’s this hard light that composes their melee weapons as well. As it’s not really an attack but if she is damaged enough to ‘bleed’ then she sheds energy that can destroy organic materials within an instant. Actual time is several milliseconds but an instant is enough of a description. 

Hard light weapons function on the atomic level. They are meant to part inorganic matter and unfortunately shreds organic matter. 

Hard light sidearm: easily summoned sidearm that tears organics. It will part most armors. It could take several shots for some armors. 

Hard light rifle: standard issue rifle for units in the field. It contains a fifty round magazine and rarely if ever malfunctions. 

Designated Scarlett Rifle: a hard light rifle modified for close to medium range. All the modifications are tuned for her. She does request it when needed or if she just wants to ensure she is going to persuade something. The hard light rounds are modified to become explosive fletchett and they penetrate and explode. 

Scarlett’s Twin Helpers: At one time these pruning knives had a mundane life as pruning blades. One conduit she was reviewing Cygnarian history and ran across a blade meant for manual labor. It was larger than the utility knives S/C units were issued. She requested a set of the hard light blades. She found them useful for close combat and requested them as a set. She loves them and uses them as one of her melee weapons. 

Scarlett’s Punishing the Bastard Sword: The Cygnarian Collective went through a medieval period in their early history and as it with all historical data it can be accessed. Scarlett liked the design and modified it to be made of hard light. It will easily part armors made of steel, iron, and yes even some more advanced armored vehicles. 
 
LIST MAGICAL ATTACKS AND EFFECTS: (all of Scarlett’s repertoire is technology based.) Scarlett can teleport at will and without error. This is very evident when she excited or scared or is trying to reach a high place to gain vantage for observation. She can also summon any weapon within the Cygnarian arsenal. This ranges from small blades to large weapons which look to large for her to carry. The weapons start with  hand guns, rifles, and automatic weapons which have varied damage types and can be programmed with new types. Some of these weapons can be viewed as magical due to the damage they cause. One example would be a rifle that shoots a small black hole to a distant target to make an opening or remove an obstacle. The black hole itself has a limited life span as it has been programmed to consume a certain amount of material and then eat itself. Another magical attack would be a grenade that Scarlett seems to ‘conjure’ out of nowhere and throw at the intended target. It can be composed of element types she is familiar with but tends to have it be energy like stars are composed of, which is pure energy and it does radiate heat and explode. Scarlett can if pushed shoot the energy that runs her body out of her hands. This causes most organic materials to erode nearly instantly. She uses this as a last resort as this would be considered her life force and she’s using it to attempt to kill you. 
 
LIST MISCELLANEOUS ATTACKS AND EFFECTS: 

Star Grenade: this is a grenade she throws made of elements known to her. That is usually what a star is made of and it functions as our Sun does but only hangs around for several seconds to a minute. Yes it is a miniature sun and will set you on fire and, possibly if it hits and expands on you, kill you. 

Regeneration: as it reads. She can regenerate her pieces with enough time and if she calls a conduit it is packed with regenerative energies that it fully heals her. Forgoing that she will heal up a missing limb in several days. 

Teleportation:  she teleports to positions know to her and that can be seen by her without error. If she ports in and people are there they are gentlest moved. 

Camouflage/Cloak: this works two ways. She bends light to hide herself if she chooses. The part about it is that it doesn’t have any tells that it’s bent light. It doesn’t have distortion or anything to let you know that it’s bent light hiding something. 

The second way is the clothing changes to match the colors of foliage when traveling an area. These colors also are mirrored by emulating the colors locals wear. She can change to her original at anytime. 
 
LIST PHYSICAL WEAKNESSES:
As a synthetic being she is susceptible to what would cause inorganic beings trouble. She can’t corrode and doesn’t need maintenance but if she loses a limb it can inhibit her effectiveness. She does regenerate but that takes time. If you cut her in two she is severely limited by that. She does have an upper limit of her strength. While most would classify her strength as mega strength it’s actually quite minimal compared to Cygnarian maintenance models. As an inorganic fully synthetic being EMP can shut her down and cause to you stop functioning for periods of time. Magnetic energies can scramble her thoughts until the effect is removed or destroyed she wouldn’t operate effectively. While she doesn’t have any discernible anatomy damage is damage. You can shoot holes in her, cut off limbs, and even beat her down to her skeleton. So yes while she may seem to take a beating and keep coming but with enough applied magical and mundane damage you cause automatic retrieval of her pieces and she is gone. 
 
LIST MAGICAL WEAKNESSES: 
While magic and technology can go hand in hand when discerning them from each other magical weakness would be to those things that would cause a synthetic being to be weak. Some magic can emulate magnetic effects or electromagnetic pulses which would disable her and render her incapable of fighting back. Magical fire can definitely be horrible for her. If she can’t put herself out then she’s going to burn down to basic frame. Magical weapons which are meant to be used on stronger creatures will definitely cause some serious damage. She is a finely tuned synthetic but that doesn’t mean she’s unstoppable. She may be sturdier than a lot of magical creatures but that doesn’t mean magical swords of fire or one meant to deal enhanced damage to magical creatures. Like all creatures magically or technological created beings of equal power would not have to worry about exploiting a magical weakness. 
 
 
- CHARACTER'S PERSONALITY -
 
ATTITUDE TOWARDS OTHERS: if she genuinely enjoys your company, your a friend. Scarlett will drag you on adventures and after some time you find it’s all fun! She will drag you into life threatening situations for the cause of a joke or just plain fun. Scarlett has a very deep sense of right and wrong. Doing directly evil and malicious things with her present will have her putting you on notice. This usually begins with her stopping the act and then initiating conversation or combat based upon the reaction of the person she’s stopping. 
 
FAVOURITE COLOUR (Optional): Red and varying shades of red, maroon, mahogany, burgundy and crimson. Black because it’s easy to clean and repair. 
 
FAVOURITE FOOD (Optional): she doesn’t have to eat but can and likes cookies and bacon. She likes sweets but does know eating regular food actually helps you blend in. 
 
FAVOURITE ELEMENT (Optional): out of the 5,327 elements she’s encountered she like hydrogen as it’s usually readily available can be ignited. 
 
FAVOURITE SUBJECT (Optional): Multiversal Anthropology and Cooking. The cooking is because organics like well prepared food. 
 
LEAST FAVOURITE SUBJECT (Optional): Evil People because she doesn’t have time to impress upon them the idea that fighting her doesn’t gain them anything. It in fact attracts the ire of Cygnaria Prime, and general purpose units for observation are dispatched. If they continue to assail the SC units and they neutralize the target impeding the SC unit. Should these units be terminated then a purifier unit is activated to deal with the threat. Purifier Units are adaptive combat units. Extremely dangerous and hard to terminate. Last time a purifier unit failed was when Cygnaria Prime Server initiated a conduit recall and the unit was defeated. Cygnarian Prime Server has never repeated it again. 
 
ANIMAL THAT BEST REPRESENTS HIM/HER (Optional): Across the millions of worlds she has traveled over the last 1000 years. She liked the crow. On one of the worlds she visited she met humanoid crows and she was fast friends and it only sealed her resolve to protect crows across the multiverse. 
 
LIKES (Optional): Sweets, which is very broad but it can be narrowed to cookies and dark chocolate, that is if chocolate has been discovered in the dimension and world she is currently in and on.

HOME PLANET/COUNTRY (Optional): Cygnus A Universe Ship this was their universe which they have stored in their universe ship. It’s sends out a constant signal across the multiverse which is felt by all Cygnarian units. This allows the Cygnarians in the field to be constantly in contact with the hive mind. Cygnarians are always updated via this signal that allows them to regenerate their bodies, have their programming constantly updated, and most importantly locate them anywhere in the multiverse and conduit weapons in to their field units. The technology used by Cygnarians cannot be used by non-Cygnarians. This is due to the one thing all Cygnarians have in common. They all possess a unique energy and this is what broadcasts back to the Collective. When the signal ceased this draws the attention of the Cygnarian Collective. They investigate and escalate as need up to destruction of planets or entire universes. 
 
 
- CHARACTER'S HISTORY -
 
PAST HISTORY: Scarlett or as her Cygnarian Collective designation S/C-47-RLT says she is part of something bigger that the multiverse. Her race is explorers as the first part of her designation is Scout/Cartographer. A duty she has been fulfilling for the last 2999 years. She has grown and learned and finds her travels across the multiverse to be fun and full of adventure. She’s been having fun meeting people and mapping the multiverse at large for her people. She finds that learning and befriending people in her travels. It’s a trip and she really doesn’t miss a home she was never designed exist on to begin with. It’s not her home she is designed to explore and map. So her life is that of a nomad operating in and on worlds with hostile people and atmospheres. She adapts and can defend herself. She has acclimated nearly three thousand years of experience and travel. She loves her job. 
 
GOALS/MISSION: she is currently carrying out her intended programming. She has been mapping the multiverse and send back reports to her home universe.

Scarlett has chosen her name because she has read the history of her people when they were organic. 

The sections of this history that make her envious are those concerning when they had emotions that they were takes to and actually dictated actions. She would never have thought her people possible of what she witnessed and still witnesses the love, affection, and general caring and she wants to experience that.

The Cygnarians you will come across l, if you come across one they are female and explorers. They are explorers and want to catalogue the every universe and dimensions they travel to for this exploration.

Their society was much like Earth’s, they came from ancient times, grew, progressed, and hit their technology growth in what would be consider early 21st Century on Earth. This brought many life saving and labor saving advances. This warfare caused much of the population of their colonies and home world to suffer great shortages and famine. The technology is what caused this unending war. This war lasted three hundred years bringing about some the most monstrous weapons of war. The war in the Cygnus star system would span the entire quadrant and many lesser advanced races would suffer extinction.  The war continued to consume and kill the Cygnarians who had grown to number more than a trillion. The toll of war would dwindle their number to several hundred million. It was dire and to complicate things a disease had begun to spread amongst the population. It was fatal in males and rendered females infertile. This development worried everyone but the males would not live to see the conclusion end of the disease. It was prior to the disease the ruling council had went through a vast change to become mostly female and stop the 300 years of war. The toll it took was devastating and what few million males remaining were succumbing to the disease that was fatal within weeks of contraction. It was airborne and moved with a voracity and killed all males  and rendered all females infertile. They had master star travel and maintained their liberties. They would now die from a disease. They worked feverishly to find the answer to a disease that was killing then. The current remaining Cygnarian females number just over a billion with a life expectancy of 120 years due to their medical advances. They toiled, made more advances in cybernetics, computers, and a technology they called stasis. Stasis gave them a power source that was limitless but had one drawback, it vaporized organic material. They used it in very contained areas where the loss of containment would harm anyone. The stasis reactor lead to them creating the conduit. A means to travel instantaneously but again due to stasis energy being used it would cause the death of the users.

The could power their cities indefinitely with the stasis reactor and the population of Cygnarian Females fell to 900 million. They continued to look for the answer and a cure to their disease. They created labor saving cybernetic likenesses of themselves to tend their cities and homes. They toiled onward and created technologies that would bend the rules of physics and then astrophysics. Then broke the very rules of space. They charted the focal point of the Big Bang as it had occurred in their universe. After that one brilliant scientist discovered a way to map the Cygnarian brain and digitize it. At this point there were 500 million Cygnarian Females. The reason they didn’t use the procedure is because it effectively killed the subject. They put it aside. They created cybernetic units to mine and work as they created and refined technologies. The answers weren’t coming and they only had 100 million Cygnarian females left. The numbers fell due to natural causes and no births. It wasn’t until one female who had been refining the digitizing tech until she felt it was ready. On that day she digitized herself. This left on 50 million Cygnarians remained. As the numbers fell the maintenance units started to act strangely with appearing at unscheduled time and mainly being in the wrong districts for work. It wasn’t until they found it writing that they realized what was happening and why. It was the one who digitized herself. She was controlling them. She was failing at full control due to power output. There was only 30 million Cygnarian Females left. They continued to refine the power distribution and finally was able to see her in full control. At this point the number had fallen to 10 million and then in another 10 years to to half that. They had created the means to produce more production for the current maintenance and care units they had by expanding it. Then as their numbers continued to dwindle until they remaining 500,000 decided on two courses of action. One being to turn all stasis reactors to full capacity to saturate the power grid and give the current units capacity and make way for new units. The second was that they would digitize their minds with several thoughts they would use as their mantra. As they prepared the oldest among them passed away. Their course set the went to digitize their minds. As each one walked into the facility designed to digitize them all at once. The entered the fields of light and began with what they concluded would be their end. Each looked forward to it. They would be immortalized within their home worlds systems. They all spoke what they wished for which was to explore, discover, protect, and learn. The last body fell lifeless to the ground and Cygnus Prime was quiet for the first time in one billion years. The time stretched and that first billion became another and the races that shared the quadrant with the Cygnarians, most jealous and unfriendly came to find old enemies and finally destroy them.

The old enemies who the Cygnarians had warded off wished to find and destroy them. Enemies of enemies banded together and came to destroyed them. It would be the end of them.

It took several hundred years for the cacophony of minds to settle and begin to work together. They became a super intelligence and were able to exert control over their world. They designed new units. Created exploring units to further explore space without the constraints of organic bodies. They discovered new materials and due to stasis energy the powered it all. As they worked with stasis over the next several hundred years. They learned the could oscillate stasis energy to be carried on the background radiation of space. The further implications is that it not only was carried on their dimensions back ground radiation it was carried across the multiverse.

They took to the stars again and the units had purpose and would develop personalities. They refined conduit technology to not only travel but also since it was stasis energy the could travel to the furtherest reaches of space and mine asteroids and explore. They continued to develop and build until they were finally attacked by their old enemies. The response they received was not expected. They were met with an empty world and maintenance bots and no beings. They started to search and look for anyone. Then after they searched until frustration built they went to destroy. That’s when they found out two things, the maintenance bots fought back and injuring them caused them to shed energy and would destroy their organic bodies. The manufacturing facilities then turned out the first Purifier unit.

P/U:A:00 came from the production facility to stop the destruction of the world built by its digitized creators will. It came forth and commenced battle with the enemies. It had been built to adapt and defeat. It’s programming was updated continually as it fought and the first ten enemies fell. Then 20 and the number climbed and more P/U units joined and eventually the enemies were pushed off their world. Upgraded maintenance units came forth to repair damage. The final thing that was discovered was multiversal travel. After this new units were created Archivist Units(A/C:A:00), then Scout-Cartographer units(S/C:00:RLT), and more designed for purposes of collection, repair, and care. All units built for exploration.

This was new realms of exploration would chart the course of them for several billions years. They would fully explore their universe and persevere it in their Universe Ship. They would then discover while charting the course of the conduit energy that it went to other dimensions. This lead to scout units being upgraded for multiversal travel, stellar cartography, improved detection and stealth and combat if required. They also built in a failsafe that if units stopped broadcasting their particular energy signature, as each unit did create a unique one though they appeared the same, they would instantly conduit their pieces home and they would be reconstituted and redeployed with them learning from the from each experience. As they progressed so did the technology they developed and it was tempting to other races among the multiverse. They dissuaded them.

The one race who learned this lesson the hardest was the Slevekian Imperium. They attempted to capture and detain an Archivist unit working the event horizon of a black hole. When it exited it that’s when the attempt was made and when it went to evade they fired on it with capitol ship weapons destroying it but not before the data it contain was sent home. It was about particular metal formed from the vast gravimetric pressures of the black hole. The Cygnarians responded and sent what would become known as the Diplomatic Unit (D/F:A:00). This unit arrived on their home world and request they not harass their explorers. They send the message back by shooting the unit that they would do as they like.

The unit returned and while it had been gone the metal found had been tested and was instituted into into the design and is the hardest metal know to Cygnarians as it takes a lot of damage before being destroyed. All field units were recalled and upgraded to the frame material for more durability. Again units harassed by the Slevekian Imperium and again another failed attempt to reason with them. The fourth attempt to end attacks they Cygnarian Collective didn’t send a Diplomacy into. They sent a Purifier. The statement was simple. Attack another Cygnarian and they would show them the error of their actions. The Slevekian Council laughed and told the robot girl to leave as they would do as they wish. The war was short with the cessation of hostilities three days later. Purifiers of both light,  medium, and heavy frames were deployed. Scout units were reassigned and given upgrade programming packages to use heavy weapon platforms. The Slevekian Imperium military of several billion troops several hundred thousand ships and accompanying craft was reduced to one million troops and one hundred ships and accompanying craft within those three days. Mountains were leveled, legions destroyed by one or two Cygnarian units. Armored units were crushed by heavy frame Purifiers. The shining moment were the fact that Cygnarians were moving civilians during the battles to safe places away from combat. Archivist Units performer this duty and Medical Care units(M/C:Z:00) we’re deployed to care for the enemy civilian population.

Several uses of hard light are shown through the usage of weapons Scarlett uses. Hard Light applications that have been applied are some that can nullify sounds and vibration. Other applications are those that have an ever sharp cutting edge when used as an edged weapon.

Archivist have used hard light as keys to access records on planets who have mechanical locks.

The limitations of the technology aren’t known all places in the multiverse radiate some kind of electromagnetic radiation which can be converted to hard light for the user.
