HOME PLANET/COUNTRY: She comes from a system clear across the galaxy from Sol. It is a similar place to Earth. There is a variety of races that have a history of not getting along for hundreds of years. At one point, the wars between the races got so bloody that they almost wiped themselves out. The people called upon their leaders to end the war. Peace was tentative at first, over time great cities of vast cultures grew as the races became one. Technology along with magic advanced quickly as brilliant minds worked together.
Unknown to the most of the populace, danger lurked underneath the surface. It had been gathering energy for centuries while everyone had forgotten. In ancient times it ruled with terror, going from planet to planet destroying the essence of life. It had almost succeeded when it arrived until the Star Guardians had caught up with it. The beast could sense that they had diminished, unlike the days of old. The time to strike was upon it as it burst through the ground like a fiery volcano.
The people of the planet felt the great trumble under their feet as fire rained down from the sky. Mass terror was everywhere as the people ran for their lives. Countless lives were lost as the Baron took what was rightfully his. The planet turned to ash and dust, barely any patches of life left.
Many years past until the arrival of Star Guardians. At first, it would seem that they would defeat this evil. The fight took a turning point when the Baron unleashed his ultimate power. The guardians lost their lives in the fight though not before the Baron retreated underground to heal the injuries. The people slowly were able to rework the land into something viable. Years passed until one day the Baron reappeared. His emergence reawakened the powers of the Stars Guardians that were left behind. Five brave souls battled the terrible evil once again. All but one lost their lives to this terrible fate. There was much rejoicing as the demon was no more. The Star Guardian had disappeared, no one knows what became of her.
- CHARACTER'S HISTORY -
PAST HISTORY:
Janna was born during the time of peace in between the times of chaos of the Baron. She grew up with two loving mothers. She grew up living an average lifestyle, never knowing that there was something a bit odd about her would lead her to a great destiny.
She didn’t pay too much attention when the weather seemed to react to her emotions. She thought it happened to almost everyone. Her mothers were concerned one evening when she threw a fit about not being able to go to a friend’s house instead of doing chores. A violent wind storm developed, almost completely ripping apart the village. It was then that her mothers starting putting two and two together.
Soon after the violent storm, she moved to a different town for a fresh start. Her mothers found respective jobs and she started a new school at the age of 10. Long conversations at home about what happened and why it was important to control her emotions.
It took her a long time not to let her feelings affect her or the weather around her. School became tough for her as the other kids would often call her ice queen behind her back. She would hide this from her mothers as she pretended that everything was okay. She would cry in the corner of a park causing most people to think that rain showers developed naturally. She would often curse the gift that was given to her.
One day, a strange girl from her school caught her crying. The girl asked what was wrong. Janna shock her head stating it was nothing really as she cleared the tears from her face, walked away, stating it was none of her business. She would keep running into the strange girl over and over again, only to be asked personal questions she did not want to answer. She got cornered by the girl and her small group of friends several weeks later. She feared the worst however that was not the case. She found that conversation she was pulled into was relaxing, different from others which made her feel unwanted. For once it was nice to feel like she was not a freak.
Than the worst came true. The ancient evil had reappeared once again. People fled as the Baron began his reign of terror once again. Janna and her friends felt a strange as the saw the evil lord. A glow developed in the in her chest as a strange power washed over her. In her heart, she felt her calling as her costume appeared. A vision came to her as an ancient spirit explained what she was, a Star Guardian and her powers over the weather came from that. The spirit talked about how her powers were given to her to save various planets across universe. She will go where she is needed. The spirit gave her tips of how she could overcome the monster where the others had failed.
The fight lasted as the group of friends battled long and hard against the beast. They were almost beaten when they finally turned the tide, or at least they thought. A powerful wave of energy killed the four girls however it weakened the ancient evil. Janna had little knowledge of what happened to her friends while she took advantage of the weakened state. She pulled all of her power, killing it once and for all.
Once the beast was destroyed, she ran over to each of her friends. She found them dead. She cried as a monsoon rains flooded the area. The excitement of her new found purpose was gone as she fled her home. She let her fate take her across the galaxy. She found herself going into a type of status. She felt guilty for losing the only friends and leaving her family without a word.
Eventually she found herself floating around Earth. She watched a certain island as she found herself drawn there. She was able to blend in though unsure how. Everyday she works to forget what happened, hoping that she would never again be called upon. Through her loneliness, a guide of sorts came to her by the name of Zypher. She found herself talking to the being over and over again about her life. Slowly, the guilt of what happened slowly died away as it turned to grieving. She waits to see why she was brought here.
GOALS/MISSION: To forget her tragic past, hoping it does not come back to haunt her

As a Star Guardian fades, their power is reborn in new protectors. Star Guardians are chosen for their strength and resolve, but above all, they are chosen for their courage. It often signals a cataclysmic battle elsewhere in the universe when multiple Star Guardians to serve at once. They must familiarize themselves with the customs and rituals of a planet in order to blend in with its inhabitants. They are imbued with incredible power, but with it comes a lifetime of service to the universe. It is a life burdened by responsibility and fatal consequences. Although rare, a Star Guardian may reject their fate as a protector. However, the results of such an action reverberate through the universe and beyond. They can only defeat the darkness that spreads across the universe if they stand together. They will fight as one or fall as many.

On the back of the top, the gold trim wraps around the bottom. Another piece of gold trim comes from the middle of her chest wrapping around the back to form lapels with a piece of purple cloth in between with a gold diamond by the point. A star pendant sits at the top of her halter with a lilac georgette flare on the bottom as a sailor collar is attached to the top of the star. Four strips of georgette hang down as they are attached to the top. The lilac georgette can be seen at the top of white gloves that end just above the elbow with gold trim at the top and wrists. A pleated skirt made of taffeta the color of lilac reaches down to her mid thigh. She has white tights that reach just below her skirt with a gold trim in a point. A pair of white ankle high heeled boots with golden heels that are three inches high. A golden star is in the middle with a piece of lilac georgette behind it. A golden star with three pedals on either side sits on top of her head as it wraps around her ponytail.
WEAPONS/ITEMS: She has a golden staff. On the top of it, there is a golden star that is suspended in the middle of a rounded triangle. Three flower pedals on either side hold up the suspended triangle. Near the middle of the staff, a purple grips is placed as Aurai will use it to cast her spells or on the rare occasion hand to hand fighting. At the other end, a matching rounded triangle is attached.

- Monsoon: This attack creates a wall of water and wind causing enemies to be knocked back at least 20 ft. It does damage with any of debris picked up.

- Lightning Storm: calls down around 10 or 15 bolts of lightning. The surround her, going in a circle paralyzing anything close to her.

-She can accurately predict weather with great accuracy. Her emotions affect the weather, usually when she is depressed it will downpour around her or if she is angry, the wind will blow at 40+ mph. The stronger the emotion the more damage it will cause.

NAME MEANING: Meioh means "underworld king" Pluto was god of the underworld in ancient Roman mythology.
Setsuna in Japanese means "a moment; an instant". The word came from a Buddhist term: meaning "split second," which was imported from China.
In Japanese it can also mean, “Calm Snow.” The Japanese name Setsuna may be written with the characters meaning "snow" (setsu) and "calm" (na). Other possibilities include "snow" (setsu) and "vegetable; greens " (na).

FATHER'S NAME: The Greek God Chronos

- CHARACTER'S HISTORY -
PAST HISTORY:
Setsuna is the oldest of the daughters of Chronos. She has a sister who ferries dead souls to the underworld. Setsuna grew up around the ancient gods such as Zeus and Apollo while she lived in the underworld. Most of her days, she explored the world around her as shades, who were her nursemaids, kept on eye on her. When she was about five years old, a maroon band of energy flowed in front of her. She asked one of her nursemaids why mortals always kneel when praying to the gods.
After that moment, Chronos called Setsuna to his side. Her father explained to her the reason for her birth, it was to protect time itself when he was no longer around. Over the course of the next century, she learned about different aspects of time and what means to have control over the flow. Her understanding of her powers deepened as well as the task she was assigned.
During this time of training, she learned that her father had created a sister who ferry souls across to the underworld. Being so young, her curiosity got the better of her as she went to see this family member. She was surprised that her sister was getting just as intense training as she was. Setsuna was about to leave when Zenrei knocked her out of her hiding spot in the bushes. After introductions, the girls wondered about the Underworld, exploring the vast regains it held. Once Zenrei took up her position as Ferrywoman to the underworld, Setsuna would spend lazy afternoons riding the boat.
At the start of the Silver Millennium, Chronos called Setsuna to his side once more though this time it looked like he was weaker. He told her that it was time she take up the mantle of guarding time however she must complete the trial. The task was simple retrieve one of three talismans that will summon a mystical object as well as reign destruction when the time comes. She nodded to her father as she answered that she was ready. Her father gave her Garnet Rod, which was forged by Hepaetus, to house the object.
She crossed far into the Fourth Dimension as was instructed by Chronos. Little did she know, the trial would test her very soul. What she found there was the heart of Chaos which ate away at her very core. She found herself falling for the trick to use her powers to help it escape. Just as she was about to say the releasing spell, a pure white light like she had never known allowed her to see a vision of what would happen should she fail. She regained her will as she drove the evil out of her domain.
Instead of going back to inform her father, she felt ashamed of what almost happened. She would learn after she got to the Gate of Time that it was formation of the Ginzuishou that saved her. Her time of solitary would allow herself to forgive the arrogance she had when first undertook the trial. It was then and there that she made a promise to herself that she would never allow herself to be manipulated by another.
During the time of transition, she placed various traps and alarms in the eternal fog laced world. She, on the rare occasion, left her post to visit her family or spent time in the arms of a lover. Chronos was pleased the first time his eldest daughter chose to come see him. They talked long about her journey to the far corner of the Fourth Dimension. Somehow, the lingering effects of her guilt were completely washed away as Chronos explained that the light was part of her calling to help protect to mortal realm long after the gods were all but forgotten. A tear welled up in her eye as she knew the time would be soon. He spoke of how proud he was of her as well to be weary of the timeline, never straying too far for her ability to read it would decrease. She thanked her father for the advice. It saddened her heart as she watched those who were once worshiped fade.
During the raise of the Moon Kingdom, Queen Serenity stumbled upon the fog ridden domain. During the first of these meetings, Queen Serenity gave her three taboos. She must not travel through time, She must not abandon her post at the door, and she must not stop time. Queen Serenity would not tell a soul that Setsuna existed in this space. She would come to visit the solitary guardian every so often for advice on what to do. Setsuna would often answer her questions in riddles for she would never reveal the future. She was sadden as she watched the great kingdom fall.
She watched as time flowed by until a pink haired girl stumbled upon her domain. She was shocked to see another besides the queen. She grew quite close to this girl, almost as if she was a daughter. She was surprised one day the little girl stole a key from her to travel back in time after an attack happened on her home. She was even more surprised when she brought others back with her to the 30th century. Evil infected the little girl by a monster who stole her away from those who loved her. Setsuna left her post for the first time, breaking taboo when Black Lady attacked her home. She stopped time in order to have Black Lady not combine the two Ginzuishous. Her death caused Small Lady to become the next senshi of the Moon.
When she is revived by Neo Queen Serenity for saving her only daughter, the new queen lifted a restriction of never abandoning her post. Setsuna thanked the queen as she would remain unless needed by the senshi in times of dire need. Setsuna only left her post two more times help stop Pharaoh 90 and Sailor Galaxia after she killed her sister and took star seeds from everyone across the galaxy.
GOALS/MISSION: To aid her fellow scouts and protect the timeline from outside threats

Innate Abilities:
She can read the timestream no matter where she is. She sees the past, present, and future. It is easiest for her while she is at the Gate of Time. When she is on earth, a band of maroon can be seen in front of her. She will feel a bit drained the longer she studies it.
She has control over space and time usually in her immediate area. She is able to speed up or slow down time. For example, she will slow down time so she can easily dodge attacks or speeds up time to quickly pass through an area. When she uses this power it is easiest if she focuses on an object, usually herself. She uses this ability sparingly for fear of manipulating time too much.
She can teleport herself by bending space to get her from point a to point b. She overlaps the points which usually take the form of a door similar the Gate of Time. She can take others with her as long they are touching her.
She allows others to travel through time. She hands them a key from her belt and allows passage through the Gate of Time. She uses her powers to guide them through the fourth dimension until they reach their distinction in time. She herself can never pass through the Gate of Time.
She has the ability to stop time. The results of using this forbidden power is severe. She will essentially experience a death like state while being transported to the Underworld. She will spend time there until her punishment is through.

Her pauldron is a translucent gray bubble with black ringlets that match the top of her gloves. There is a ribbon that wraps around her wrist that ends in a point with a star. She has a maroon bow on the front with a star for her brooch and a while back bow is black with long thin ends. The choker is black along with a gold star on it which matching ones on her belt that form a v and her boots. The belt is white with a black ribbon that outlines it. Her boots are white with black trim on them which forms a matching v to her belt. She has gold stud earrings that match her gold tiara with a garnet gem set inside.

Time Stop: It is one her forbidden powers. It affects the very fabric of time itself.
Dark Dome Close: She is able to seal off passages to other worlds. She used it to seal off Pharaoh 90.
Attacks:
-Dead scream: She raises the orb high into the air as the swirl of purple energy encircles her. She brings down the Garnet Rod to her side. It gathers at the end, she twirls around as she whispers "Dead Scream". The blast of energy is fired towards the enemy.
-Chronos Typhoon- She separates the Garnet Orb from the Garnet Rod for this attack. She holds the orb in both of her hands and thrusts it up into the sky. She whispers the name of the attack as maroon energy can be seen swirling around her. The attack forms a massive whirlwind which knocks enemies off their feet.
-Garnet Ball: She whispers the name of the attack as she holds up the Garnet Orb in one hand. Energy shoots out of the orb crushing any enemies in the area while it forms a protective barrier around her and those in a ten foot radius.
Eternal Powers
-Twilight: A swirl of fog comes from the Garnet Rod as she whispers this attack. It spreads out among the enemy as it blinds them. In the fog, the enemy sees images of their loved ones who have passed on. It is real and beckons them to join them in the afterlife. As the fog thickens, it will drain away the life force from the victims eventually killing them.
-Chains of Destiny: She separates the Garnet Orb from the rod and holds it above her head. Chains shoot out from the ground as she whispers the attack. The chains will encircle the enemy dragging them down into the Underworld.
-Howling Dead: She will hold her hands in front of her chest while focusing on the space and distance between her hands. She will then whisper this attack. A garnet aura will then start to fill in the space between her hands. She is drawing the essence of the Underworld to do her bidding. She will form this aura in a spherical shape. She then starts to spin, gaining momentum. The large ball of Underworld essence will then be launched onto the victims as an attack. The essence within this ball contains distraught spirits of the deceased that reside in the underworld. These spirits will ravage the target while screaming cries till he/she feels lost in a sea of torment. The victim will feel compelled to end their own life after this very traumatic experience if the spirits didn’t already finish the victim off first.

Others often see Setsuna as a calm, serious, and level headed woman. She often listens to others before speaking her mind. She will advise others on what she thinks is the correct course of action. Some find this to be rather irritating often calling her a bossy or hardheaded. She can also been seen as rather cold and distant towards others. It gives her a stronger appearance as it hides a more nervous side to things.
She hides much under the calm, serious exterior. She often works on molding herself to duty that has been given to her as being the perfect guardian. She has a passionate side that very few have seen. Her angry is cold if someone slights her. She has a long memory and never forgets those that have crossed her. Anyone who finds themselves on the wrong side of her, often has to look over their shoulders for they never know if or when revenge will take place. It has been known that she can plot out something for years at a time, striking hard when the person’s guard is down.

PAST HISTORY:
Setsuna is the oldest of the daughters of Chronos. She has a sister who ferries dead souls to the underworld. Setsuna grew up around the ancient gods such as Zeus and Apollo while she lived in the underworld. Most of her days, she explored the world around her as shades, who were her nursemaids, kept on eye on her. When she was about five years old, a maroon band of energy flowed in front of her. She asked one of her nursemaids why mortals always kneel when praying to the gods.
After that moment, Chronos called Setsuna to his side. Her father explained to her the reason for her birth, it was to protect time itself when he was no longer around. Over the course of the next century, she learned about different aspects of time and what means to have control over the flow. Her understanding of her powers deepened as well as the task she was assigned.
During this time of training, she learned that her father had created a sister who ferry souls across to the underworld. Being so young, her curiosity got the better of her as she went to see this family member. She was surprised that her sister was getting just as intense training as she was. Setsuna was about to leave when Zenrei knocked her out of her hiding spot in the bushes. After introductions, the girls wondered about the Underworld, exploring the vast regains it held. Once Zenrei took up her position as Ferrywoman to the underworld, Setsuna would spend lazy afternoons riding the boat.
At the start of the Silver Millennium, Chronos called Setsuna to his side once more though this time it looked like he was weaker. He told her that it was time she take up the mantle of guarding time however she must complete the trial. The task was simple retrieve one of three talismans that will summon a mystical object as well as reign destruction when the time comes. She nodded to her father as she answered that she was ready. Her father gave her Garnet Rod, which was forged by Hepaetus, to house the object.
She crossed far into the Fourth Dimension as was instructed by Chronos. Little did she know, the trial would test her very soul. What she found there was the heart of Chaos which ate away at her very core. She found herself falling for the trick to use her powers to help it escape. Just as she was about to say the releasing spell, a pure white light like she had never known allowed her to see a vision of what would happen should she fail. She regained her will as she drove the evil out of her domain.
Instead of going back to inform her father, she felt ashamed of what almost happened. She would learn after she got to the Gate of Time that it was formation of the Ginzuishou that saved her. Her time of solitary would allow herself to forgive the arrogance she had when first undertook the trial. It was then and there that she made a promise to herself that she would never allow herself to be manipulated by another.
During the time of transition, she placed various traps and alarms in the eternal fog laced world. She, on the rare occasion, left her post to visit her family or spent time in the arms of a lover. Chronos was pleased the first time his eldest daughter chose to come see him. They talked long about her journey to the far corner of the Fourth Dimension. Somehow, the lingering effects of her guilt were completely washed away as Chronos explained that the light was part of her calling to help protect to mortal realm long after the gods were all but forgotten. A tear welled up in her eye as she knew the time would be soon. He spoke of how proud he was of her as well to be weary of the timeline, never straying too far for her ability to read it would decrease. She thanked her father for the advice. It saddened her heart as she watched those who were once worshiped fade.
During the raise of the Moon Kingdom, Queen Serenity stumbled upon the fog ridden domain. During the first of these meetings, Queen Serenity gave her three taboos. She must not travel through time, She must not abandon her post at the door, and she must not stop time. Queen Serenity would not tell a soul that Setsuna existed in this space. She would come to visit the solitary guardian every so often for advice on what to do. Setsuna would often answer her questions in riddles for she would never reveal the future. She was sadden as she watched the great kingdom fall.
She watched as time flowed by until a pink haired girl stumbled upon her domain. She was shocked to see another besides the queen. She grew quite close to this girl, almost as if she was a daughter. She was surprised one day the little girl stole a key from her to travel back in time after an attack happened on her home. She was even more surprised when she brought others back with her to the 30th century. Evil infected the little girl by a monster who stole her away from those who loved her. Setsuna left her post for the first time, breaking taboo when Black Lady attacked her home. She stopped time in order to have Black Lady not combine the two Ginzuishous. Her death caused Small Lady to become the next senshi of the Moon.
When she is revived by Neo Queen Serenity for saving her only daughter, the new queen lifted a restriction of never abandoning her post. Setsuna thanked the queen as she would remain unless needed by the senshi in times of dire need. Setsuna only left her post two more times help stop Pharaoh 90 and Sailor Galaxia after she killed her sister and took star seeds from everyone across the galaxy.

Innate Abilities:
She can read the timestream no matter where she is. She sees the past, present, and future. It is easiest for her while she is at the Gate of Time. When she is on earth, a band of maroon can be seen in front of her. She will feel a bit drained the longer she studies it.
She has control over space and time usually in her immediate area. She is able to speed up or slow down time. For example, she will slow down time so she can easily dodge attacks or speeds up time to quickly pass through an area. When she uses this power it is easiest if she focuses on an object, usually herself. She uses this ability sparingly for fear of manipulating time too much.
She can teleport herself by bending space to get her from point a to point b. She overlaps the points which usually take the form of a door similar the Gate of Time. She can take others with her as long they are touching her.
She allows others to travel through time. She hands them a key from her belt and allows passage through the Gate of Time. She uses her powers to guide them through the fourth dimension until they reach their distinction in time. She herself can never pass through the Gate of Time.
She has the ability to stop time. The results of using this forbidden power is severe. She will essentially experience a death like state while being transported to the Underworld. She will spend time there until her punishment is through.
